What lovely home treatments my Mum and I have just had from BALANCED LIFE REFLEXOLOGY.
Mum and I are very different -- I'm 5ft 11 and a stout 50 something, Mum is 5ft 1 and a bird-like 80-something with Alzheimers. No problem, Alison was completely at ease with varying her approach and technique. The pressure and length of treatment was perfectly matched to our individual needs but equally uplifting.
I've always had relaxing experiences of Reflexology, but with Alison, I was also very aware of the parts of my body she was working on through my feet, and I've not felt that before. And I'm not one of those to just drift away, so for me the treatment was like a talking therapy too -- like a friend coming round, for an uplifting chat when you're feeling flat! Can thoroughly recommend, we're booking another treatment again before Xmas.

Had the most amazing session. Alison was lovely and genuinely interested in my reasons for having reflexology. I enjoyed the mineral foot spa during our consultation and the warm room, music, scents and extremely soft, enveloping couch, cushions and blanket - I couldn't stop myself drifting off to sleep during the session. Seems my feet revealed my stresses in my shoulders and poor sleep but I had the best nights sleep afterwards and thoroughly recommend Alison for a session of reflexology. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Had never tried reflexology before so wasn't sure what to expect. Needn't have worried though - Alison has a lovely way about her and the sessions I had really relaxed me. I had very stiff feet before the sessions but felt like I was walking on air afterwards. She also picked up on lots of niggles, several of which sorted themselves out because of the reflexology. Highly recommended!

So relaxing...and that night I had the best nights sleep ever, Alison is warm and welcoming and the mineral salt foot bath before we started was blissful. Her treatment room is calming. During the reflexology...which was amazing I might add...I felt like I was floating! I would highly recommend Alison's Relexology! I didn't want it to end! Will be back again soon!
