Welcome to the Balanced Life Reflexology website

Welcome! My name is Alison Crane and I provide Reflexology treatments from my home in Sproughton, just outside Ipswich.

I studied to become a Reflexologist at West Suffolk College, Suffolk, gaining a City & Guilds Reflexology Diploma. This qualification is approved by the Association of Reflexologists, of which I am a member.  As a requirement of my membership, I have provided proof of insurance and committed to an ongoing programme of Continued Professional Development in order to keep my skills up to date. By coming to a Reflexologist that is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, you can be confident that your Reflexologist is fully trained and insured.

I have also trained in Mindful Reflexology which assists clients struggling with anxiety, stress and depression, and have a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.

I am fully insured through Balens Insurance, who specialise in providing insurance to therapists, and I also commit to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This means that I will only ever use any data that you give me for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your treatment, and that the information you give me is kept securely and not accessible by anyone else.
